Our project planning sessions lead community groups through establishing project plans for community sustainable energy projects. Through this series of workshops, we assist groups in those all important activities such as making task lists, allocating job roles, writing time plans, sourcing funding, budgeting and marketing their projects. We can also provide support sessions to enable project teams to get feedback and advice while their projects unfold. This series of workshops works well as a follow up to our energy workshops, which can provide a huge amount of inspiration for project ideas.
